 If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition complete with all labels and tags within 10 days of receipt. On receipt of the goods and upon satisfactory inspection of your return we will issue a refund for the goods. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Clockwork Orange are not liable for the cost of returning items. At present, goods cannot be returned to stores directly.

Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Clockwork Orange is not liable for the cost of returning items. Please enclose your receipt with the item and return to:

PLEASE NOTE:

When trying on items of clothing do not remove labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

Footwear should be returned to us unworn and within its original unmarked and undamaged box.

Exchange an item

Please follow the 'Return an Item' procedure on your delivery documentation for the return of the item you would like to exchange. You can purchase the new item at any time as a separate transaction.

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact Customer Care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. Please enclose your receipt with the item and return to:

If you receive the incorrect item

If you suspect that the item you received is not what you have ordered, please contact Customer Care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
